Ms. Russell is a godsend!
I would like to write this review as a token of my gratitude to Debra Russell Law, LLC and highly recommend her firm for any legal issues that you might have. I retained Ms. Russell in October 2017 after trying for a very long time to get already court approved contact and visitation with my child...

Not recommended for Family Court
This attorney used to be a Prosecutor. She is not experienced in family court matters. I hired her to represent me on Adultry charges against my husband. She did not file paperwork as she told me she did. I had to call the Docket office at Lexington County Court house to find out that she never filed...
"I endorse this lawyer. I practice in Florida, but had a good friend in South Carolina who needed help in an ongoing child custody battle. Over 8 years, this individual had used four other attorneys, and the last 3 did not seem to be giving her case or her goals the time and respect they deserved. Some attorneys just walk people through the process, others will get involved and fight, as if their own family was involved . I worked with Debra in explaining the client's situation. She immediately recognized the possible arguments and the challenges in the case. She is willing to advocate for this client, and treat the client as a team member, not just collect checks for walking her blindly through process. I'm impressed, and would enthusiastically refer her again!"
