Very hard work

Nancy was wonderful in my case. She knows the laws very well and helped me through my hard time. She is very quick with her response time. I will recommend her to anyone. My x even said she was a great lawyer.

Highly Motivated & Passionate Representation

I can not express the gratitude and praise I have for Nancy. I have had several attorneys over the years that only seemed to go through the motions in order to get paid. I always left the courtroom, before Nancy, feeling like my side had not been told and feeling so defeated. I contacted Nancy about ...a VERY short time sensitive case that had been continued and drawn out for nearly two years. Nancy went through all of the paperwork I had collected and was extremely thorough with her questions and probing. I felt after our initial meeting that Nancy really understood the root cause of my issues and felt my pain from the years of not having a voice in the court system. Nancy dedicated her valuable time during the holidays in order to meet the deadline for my court case. I live in TN and working with Nancy with this distance did not diminish her drive or passion for my case. I felt like I was sitting right in the same room with her during the whole time she engaged me on the phone. Nancy and I met the day before my court date and it was very obvious that I was finally going to have the representation and voice in court that I had so needed for many years. During court, it was very apparent that Nancy had gone above and beyond her due diligence in the preparation for the case. It turned out to be sooo one sided based off her representation. It was the most incredible feeling to finally have a voice in the courts and to have my side truly understood. I urge ANYONE that needs a TRUE attorney that will give it all towards your case to look no further. Run or drive as fast as you can to retain Nancy's services! I understand that no two cases are the same or that your outcome may not be the same as mine. However, I can only think that if her representation is as zealous, thorough, passionate and professional as I received, that you also will be very happy with her representation as I am. When we walked out of court in January, I looked over at Nancy and told her that no matter what the verdict, I felt like she had presented and covered everything to the best that it could have and I was very happy to have been heard finally. This was not a very simple family court case. This was a very complex case that spanned over many years for multiple children about several issues and Nancy nailed every one of them! I only regret through all of this is the impact of my children. That is something that I will have to fix all on my own. Thank you so much Nancy, your are the real deal and hands down the best attorney I have had the pleasure of dealing with over my past 16 years of family court.
