Tricia A. Blanchette

I graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2005, and I began my career with Tommy A. Thomas, Esquire, in Irmo. In 2008, I began my own solo practice where I have handled numerous Post Conviction Relief Applications in nearly every county in South Carolina and on the appellate level. I also regularly handle criminal direct appeals and post trial motions. I have enjoyed taking cases from the county all the way up to the Supreme Court. My best days are when I have seen my clients leave the South Carolina Department of Corrections and the fairness of the legal system is upheld. 

I try to conduct two prison visits a week, and my solid reputation amongs incarcerated defendants is of utmost importance to me. I put my best effort into regularly communicating with my clients and their loved ones. I feel a sense of responsibility for helping individuals gain a positive opinion of lawyers.
