Adam Christopher Ness

I am a native of Bamberg, South Carolina. I graduated Valedictorian from Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School, in 2003, and in 2007 graduated from Furman University with a B.S. in Information Technology.

I worked for two years as a database administrator for an international customs import database, during which time I worked with approximately 20-30 people in various positions, dealing with complex issues and making regular presentations to upper management.

In 2009, I enrolled in the Charleston School of Law, earning my J. D. in 2012. I am also a member of the South Carolina Bar, the S.C. Federal District Court and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeal. I clerked for the Honorable D. A. Early, III, of South Carolina’s Second Judicial Circuit from August of 2012 through July of 2013.

I am engaged in general practice with an emphasis on civil actions, property and criminal law. My family and I reside in Bamberg, where I am an associate in the firm of Ness & Jett, LLC.
