Beth helped us twice. First she created our family trust, will and living wills for my husband and me. Later, she assisted me with a tax problem. In both cases, she was very professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciated that she advised us when there were things we could do ourselves to keep the... cost of her services down. I have recommended her to friends, family and clients.

This "lawyer" created a conflict of interest between co-trustees by taking sides with one co-trustee and trying to bully the other with a bunch of legal paperwork claiming that they were in breach of duty as a co-trustee. When you represent both trustees you are supposed to help guide both not pit on...e against the other. Next time you serve with a notice for resignation to a co-trustee, you should be aware of the facts first and read up on codes of conduct. I didn't trust her knowledge and responses to our questions. She was so coersed by one co-trustees opinion that she could not possibly work to help guide us together, her only thought was to bring more litigation to the other co-trustee.
