Don't waste your money!!
Leo Phillips is definitely not worth what he charges. He does know how to create billable hours. He will overcharge for below average services. I can not recommend him at all. He gives attorneys a bad reputation. A simple legal proceeding turned into a complete mess and he had to resubmit papers to ...
