I hired Mr. Kelley and must say he worked extremely hard to get along with my ex-husband's attorney not listening to what I said or needed. His emails were numerous and redundant increasing his billing each month. He refused to alter the agreement even to set an end date for my ex to settle with ...me on the home while allowing me to sign the deed at the final hearing. Name calling is not above him. My opinion is do not hire him and if you do feel comfortable in changing to a new lawyer.
