To be honest i wouldn't even give him one star… he's a liar, he doesnt have the slightest idea how NC law works, he refused my evidence, denied my witness statements, does not respond in any reasonable or timely manner . I sat in jail 6 months and the more my family contacted him he even stated "did... it do any good to keep calling me over and over?" He knows everything according to him, except the law! Not only that but I owe him $300 for me the victim who a man assaulted by sticking the blade of an axe in my calf, a guilty assault with a deadly weapon charge?! I have 2 children under the age of 6, I can not find a job anywhere now and social services are trying to take my kids away indefinitely. Needless to say I HIGHLY DO NOT Recommend Luke Howard and if you or à loved on it appointed him in an ongoing case FIRE HIM! I personally feel as though he should be sewed and lose any sort of license he has… WHILE ẞTANDING IN COURT THE JUDGE ASKED IF I WAS GUILTY HE SAID YES WHILE I SAID NO! NOW IM SERVING 2 Years PROBATION THAT CHARGE ON MY RECORD, 279 DAYS SUSPENDED SENTENCE WITH 6 MONTHS CREDIT AND $300 IN ATTORNEY FEES! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED PUKE HOWARD
