We contacted Palermo to help my group and I form a business. I only meet with the attorney 1 time the first time we meet. As a group we asked him some of our questions and concerns on how to move forward for a legal standpoint with this new business. the meet was no more that 2 hrs and we thought it ...was an initial consultation however we received a bill shortly after for $413. I would not recommend anyone contact this attorney, he will give you a great hourly quote only to throw a over valued bill at you after having you sign documents on the first meet. he will then send you the high bill, threatening if you don't pay that he has your personal guarentee in writing and will us legal action to collect. I would never use this attorney in the future for any of this legal services and would advise that you stay clear of him!
