Scott Keegan Dillin

I recently was ticketed for a traffic violation that is considered a class 3 misdemeanor (G.S. 20-141 (J1)) and which could potentially involve license revocation, jail time, community service, or all of the above. Needless to say, I was very concerned and knew I needed to hire a seasoned advocate t...o assist. After reviewing more than a dozen such candidates, I decided to call the offices of Scott K. Dillin. Scott personally spoke with me, immediately put my mind at ease, described my options and our path forward. Not only was I able to avoid the court date (Scott appeared in my place), but I could not have possibly hoped for a better case resolution. Right off let me tell you that Scott Dillin was fantastic. The charges were dismissed and I avoided insurance and court fine and appearance hassles. I was driving on the I40 in the Buncombe county section when I was pulled over and issued a ticket for "79 in a 60mph zone" - GS-20-141 The officer to...ld me that a court appearance was necessary (not ok for me - I live in Kentucky) but I could pay the fines online and avoid court. I found out later that first - it was not possible to pay it online because the of the speed and second it was a pretty serious charge (if not properly disposed off - I did a bit of research). I looked at a lot of lawyers and received a lot of mail - Lawyers who looked up my ticket and offered services. I looked up Scott on the web and had the feeling that this was a serious minded professional with the interests of his clients at heart. He also posted on issues I care about. The important thing is that if you are looking for a lawyer I suggest you seriously consider at least calling Scott's office - I am quite sure that you will not be disappointed.

Scott K. Dillon was fantastic. I had a speeding ticket (69 in a 45). Since I live in CO, the return to NC would have cost far more I paid for his services. He was very pleasant on the phone.
