Awful if you need help after the sale

He was closing attorney for me on two house sales and one purchase in a 1.5 year time frame. It’s been 6 weeks and I still have not received another copy of a settlement statement as requested…original copy lost during move. I need this for taxes. At least a dozen voicemails, at least a half dozen... emails. I even contacted him via his private cell phone and finally reached him over two weeks ago. Note: I got his cell phone from my wife, because she had it when he asked her out on a date after her house closing. (My wife and I were only dating at the time of her closing). Finally received a copy from my realtor. If you use Scott best for closing, just know there is absolutely no assistance after the closing if needed.

You want it done? Call these guys . . Thank you Best & Best

Scott was referred to us by a local, seasoned real estate investor. Scott Best of Best & Best was super responsive and very dedicated to getting to the closing asap! Scott even went as far as going in after hours to complete contract work for our Power of Attorney (POA) who had to be in and out quick...ly, the morning of the closing. Scott also responded quickly to my emails and phone calls, and if, Scott was unable, someone from Scott's office would respond on his behalf. Scott Best is professional, knowledgable and down-to-earth. I will be bringing all of my real estate legal work, closings etc to Scott. Thanks Scott! PS: We thankfully found Scott after dealing with another local attorney who slowed us down, lacked greatly in responsiveness, and never took responsibility for their actions. A FAR CRY FROM BEST & BEST.
