I would not hire this lawyer. He was paid for his services and did not follow through with his performance. He did not respond to calls or email for a week or 2 at a time. He told me he filed paperwork he did not file. I found myself learning more from google than him when it came to motions and cas...e law. When I went to court, he left out evidence that I had provided him which ultimately hurt my case and cost me money. His demeanor at times was extremely unprofessional and his handling of funds was questionable. I was charged for dropping off a check to his office. He had to be repeatedly asked for accounting documentation.
