Yes. If the charging papers were never served, this could result in an outstanding arrest warrant.

Agree with the prior answer. If you are revoked out of state those issues will likely need to be fixed before getting nc drivers license.

There should be no fee for such evidence. With a .07, video evidence at roadside could be critical to fighting the charge.

Does the Ada actually have to be in court?

Normally Ada on docket will be in courtroom. However in larger counties multiple Adas may be in courtroom.

Many times this depends on whether the victim comes to court to prosecute. Representation would probably help effectuate a dismissal.
