Horrible experience

I was charged with speeding late last year and after doing some research I was led to believe that my best choice would be the DRP law offices. I payed the required deposit, and was informed that I would be given a new court date and would receive a phone call with a new court date in the next few da...ys. After a week went by I called the office, and was told by a very rude office assistant that I had not yet received a new court date, and that the attorney would get to it and call me back. Another week goes by and I called the office again and received the same answer. Finally I called the clearks of court and had the case continued myself in order to prevent it from going into a FTA status. Another month goes by and time for my new court date and I receive no calls, no letters no nothing, so I call the office once again. I was answered by the same rude assistant, and finally just asked to speak to the attorney. I was told he would call me back. Once again no phone call. Less than a week later I received a letter from the office stating that if I did not contact the office ASAP I would be dropped as a client. What??? I have made every attempt to contact the attorney, and every single time I call, I have been led on and told that I would receive a return call shortly without it once ever happening. Now I am receiving phone calls threatening to drop me???? I hired this firm to take care of a single ticket and can't even speak to the attorney that I hired. Well fast forward a couple of months, and I received a phone call from the same rude assistant, demanding that I pay the balance of my account. I was not willing to deal with a childish attitude that day so I politely informed her that I would like to speak with the attorney before I would pay anything, as I would like to know what it was I would be paying for. I was transferred instantly to another attorney, who wasn't much easier to speak to. He gave me 2 choices to resolve my issue. One of which was to pay off the citation, and receive a conviction, and the other was to pay $600+ for an improper equipment plea. I explained to him that I would call my insurance and see which option would be best for my particular situation, and I would call him back as soon as I spoke to my agent. Well I call back the next morning (my court date) and the assistant told me that she would have him call me. Once again I received no phone call, and to top it off this time my court date was not continued. Now I am out $100, and to top it off I have to go search the county for another attorney that will be willing to do what I pay them to do. In no way shape or form would I ever recommend this firm, as it has caused me nothing but grief, without so much as one person attempting to resolve the issue.
