Jonathan Jie Song

I Just want to give an honest opinion here. I have needed a good lawyer, and in Jonathan song... I found this! He is a really down to earth, knowledgeable, and a really great lawyer. He helped me so much in my case and everything went how we expected it to. If you are needing a good hearted straight... up lawyer to help take on anything you need, consult him. Johnathan Song is an amazing attorney..... I have to agree with the fact of him caring about his clients cause he truly does and with that in mind he gets results and gets them fast...I used Mr Song for a case against a Bank error... All I can say is I would trust Mr. Song with any case after watchin...g him at work... This man is amazing and can see why with the top notch education he has... Mr. Song has taught classes at Harvard and after watching him in the courtroom I can see why... Thank you Mr Song for working like you did on my case cause I don't see anyone else working as hard as you did for the results you got...

This year. My wife and I received tickets for fishing with corn two weeks before you could legally. The tickets were going to cost us $287.00 A PIECE! We hired Jonathan Song to handle this in court for $100.00. He was able to get the tickets dropped. We did not have to pay any court costs or fines ...and nothing was placed on our records. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received from Mr. Song and will hire him in the future if the need arises.

At first, I had a lot of hope in Jonathan Song. In the beginning, he was responsive and polite. Then, he missed our first court date, giving my ex custody by default. He apologized, and offered to represent me until I regained custody without charging me any further. I believed him when he said tha...t David Wijewickrama "tricked" him into not being there, and gave I him another chance. His solution was to "file multiple motions" on my behalf. He did not do this that week, or the next, or the next. He went on vacation instead. His wife stepped in to file ONE motion about a month after he promised to do so. Before the second hearing, he asks me if I want to proceed with Strategy A, or Strategy B. I chose A. In court, he proceeded with Strategy B, and handed over A to the defense like a frosted cupcake. He did not have my permission to change the course of action. It is not what I wanted, and we lost. It's also worth mentioning that he takes weeks to respond to emails, if ever, and has missed scheduled appointments at his office, knowing that I had to drive almost an hour to get there. Motions that are promised, don't get filed. Be prepared to endure office gossip from his employees, and a lot of blame shifting when things go wrong. For example, one assistant, Margaret, says that the other assistant, Misty, has "no idea what she is doing", and that's why Jonathan didn't call me back, etc. To add insult to injury, Song has now gone back on his promise to represent me without further charge. When I asked for my money back, he wrote me an incredibly hurtful, unprofessional email.
