Inexpensive and no experience
Joseph is polite & kind person. He is affordable and good about communicating. He is just not good at law, despite his best efforts. So cheap, in the long run didn’t save me money because I needed to hire a different attorney.

Shouldn't be practicing law
You would be better off representing yourself even if you have no knowledge of law. This man is a joke, needs to be disbarred for the good of Mitchell County

Does not try
He doesn't care about what you have to say or have to show him he is all about the good old boy club it doesn't matter if you are in the right or not he will not stand up for you he will just do what the good old boys club tell's him to

Incompetent
Does not know the law. Acts like a child when confronted with law. I have personally seen Joseph pitch a fit in court. Would not reccomend to anyone! Should not bre practicing law

Would not recommend
No due diligence, dishonest, over charges for services and does not deliver for his clients. I would not recommend Jo to my worse enemy! Hired another attorney to do a bar complaint against him.
