Morgan E. Freeman

Morgan Freeman is an Associate Attorney with King Law Offices. Morgan works in the firm’s McDowell County office in Marion, North Carolina. Morgan primarily practices in the area of Family Law. Morgan is a member of the North Carolina Bar with aspirations of branching into East Tennessee.

Morgan completed her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Policy: Pre-Law at Liberty University. After obtaining her Undergraduate degree, Morgan worked with the youth of Madison County throughout the pandemic as an elementary school teacher at Mars Hill Elementary. This experience gave Morgan the passion to serve the families and children of smaller Western North Carolina towns through the practice of law. Morgan went on to get her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law.

Morgan was born, raised, and now resides in Mars Hill, North Carolina with her family. Being a native Western North Carolinian, Morgan has a special fondness for the people of this community and sees it as an honor to serve the people who have poured into her throughout her life. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys investing in the fitness of others at the YMCA, spending time with her family, being involved at Brookstone Church, working with victims of domestic violence, volunteering at ABCCM’s Transformation Village, and playing in various volleyball leagues.
