Sally M. Waters

We hired Mrs. Waters under good impressions, sounded like she was actually gonna put up a fight after all I gave her all documents, papers that I needed that would have helped my case. She did allow me to make payments I was thankful for that, I had already paid half first court date she had it set o...ff because she wasn't able be present that day, next court day she had me agree to allow case stay open just to hold drama though that day it could have been closed due to the father and his laywer not having any proper evidence or anything against me, Meantime I was able to provide Childrens school records and other evidence that false information and lies where made by the father about me the lie of my children residents they never lived on the reservation like he claimed. I'm feeling good thinking I'll have my kids co parenting with father, what I was wanting never attended keeping kids from him or his family. But I wasn't able pay the other half before the day of my last court date, I had informed her I would have the money in the next day or two after court which I did but she refused and took herself off my case on the day I had court, I called her before I went asking to fax all my paperwork, evedince, I needed to provide to help my case. She said she wasn't in office at the moment she would fax them soon as she got there. Day went on my case was up no papers faxed, here I am never been in this situation no laywer, I had to repersent myself as the father sat on stand and told everything but the truth showed few pictures trying say we're unfit but the one thing they overlooked is each picture there were smiles on my kids faces. It was my turn all I had was my words I told them I had evidence Mrs waters had them. Needless to say it's been 3 years almost unable to see my kids and yet to receive anything from her and just like I said was gonna happen my children are not living with their father they live with their handicap uncle and his wife. who refuse and make my kids go other way if seen in public. it's unfair and wrong I watched my son cry in the court room This was a Cherokee Tribal court case I'm not the enrolled member.. Sally let me down.
