I have only had to work with a lawyer once or twice in my life. I met Nycole as she was the solicitor for my nephew. From the first phone call, as I was a witness for him. She made me feel at ease. My nephew was facing serious jail time for something we all knew wasn't within his moral character to... have committed. She was appointed or his case and from the very start gave it her all. She never treated him or us like another number in the system. She gave very personalized service and her 150%.
