Heather E Fox

Heather Fox is a Founding Partner at Morris & Fox, who largely focuses her practice on family law and criminal matters. When someone hires Heather to represent them, they are hiring a fighter who will fight for their freedom and their rights, whether that’s through a settlement or a trial.

Heather is a native of Statesville, North Carolina, and a graduate of North Iredell High School. She is also a double graduate from Liberty University, having completed her Bachelor’s degree in English in 2016 and her Juris Doctor in 2020. She often tells people that she decided to go to law school because someone said it was just “a bunch of reading, writing, and research,” and she figured that would be a breeze with an English degree in her back pocket. She was very, very wrong! But, despite the difficulties of law school, she found her passion in helping people. Heather’s favorite thing about her job is that she has the unique opportunity to guide people through some of the most difficult circumstances they will ever face, and she can get them to a point where life is good again.

Outside the courtroom, Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends, and her boxers, Mila and Maggie. The people who know Heather best admire her determination, honesty, and witty sense of humor.
