I was in an extrememly stressfull time of my life. I was from out of state. I drove to north carolina and walked from lawyer office to office to find an attorney for a huge custody case. As soon as i walked into his office it was warm and friendly. I felt safe to trust this man with helping to contro...l the dection of my childrens future. This case became long and hard. He stood aside me comforting me he will work he hardest. As he did! I did not have much money to pay for services. He worked with me. He did an amazing job on my case and fought hard for what was right. To this day is still my attorney. Not only that he is now a friend. He played a huge role in my childrens and i future. I thank god the day he brought me to his office. He is a honest cariing attorney that will fight for what is right

I have been involved with Mr. Minor for many years with family members and myself, ranging from real estate transaction to criminal cases; we have all been very please with his services, he has always kept us informed on what was going on in each case; we knew what to expect; if he told us he would b...e doing it, it would be done; he always returned phone calls; was prompt for all our appointments; he was always upfront with his fees; very professional individual and my family would recommend him for any of your legal needs; he is very familiar with all the court room procedures and was always willing to go above and beyond what you expected to receive the outcome that was positive in all the dealings we have had with Mr. Minor. Excellent attorney!

Started out feeling I could trust this attorney and then found out he was not upfront about fees, non-refundable retainer at exuberant rate and how he was going to handle the case. Did not look out for my interest in a very stressful situation and caused me to lose my house and did not handle the ca...se efficiently enough to get it resolved. As a result my children are being put in really negative situations because of this. I am in a worse situation now than I was before hiring him. Would not recommend if you like an atty to communicate and stay on top of pressing issues with deadlines. Did not handle the case in the professional mannerism I was expecting.
