Tony has an impressive CV please do not be fooled. He charges 25000 to 30000 for a review of another person survey findings. He states in his videos he goes put and conduct a survey as if there was no survey ever done . He in facts hires a local surveyor that he charges 1500 a day to do the actual ...feild work and he uses the land marks placed by a previous surveyor. He tells you the day of the feild work he will place monuments so you can have a clear understanding where your boundaries are , pulls out paper work he says he has reviewed like easements and tells me that there is a right of way easement with survivorship . It all sounds great but he does not actually do anything he already pro.ised to do.. If you want the actual survey you already paid over 20,000 for he states he needs more and more money to actual do what he already promised. The day of feild work where he pro.ised to place monu.ents he then tells you he cannot because the review of documents you paid over 7000 for was not actually co.oleted and he will now need to go back and co.olete that in order to place monuments and if you need monuments placed it will be 1500 plus 470 for every hour it takes. This man is money hungry and tells you what you want to here and when you complain he threatened you to close the case and not complete anything he ready promised. If you ask for a itimized bill for these outrageous charges his family member who does the invoices becomes angry and tells you she will not give you an itemized bill. He charges for travel time in his car to the airport, gas, airline tickets, car rentals travel from. Airport to hotel then to your home all at the rate of 470. So when he is flying or driving he is getting 470 per hour plus mileage fee 50 cents mile.
