That saying you get what you pay for definitely applies with this Law Firm! Benjamin moose is probably the laziest lawyer I've had them Misfortune of knowing. If you have a court case then pay good money for a lawyer who will actually stand up and fight for you! Benjamin moose is a huge disappointmen...t! If he is court-ordered I would ask the court to give you a different lawyer

Worst Experience ever!! I had a ticket to take care of called them as they were the only lawyers close to where I was located mind you I’m from Charlotte so that’s a hour drive as I asked the office David Moose to be my lawyer I ended up going to jail for two day missing out time from work and m...y children after I had paid this lawyer over 500.00 to take care of my case to make sure I don’t get any points on my license. How about I’m just finding out I got 8 PTs on my license and he did not get my $2000 back from bond so I lost double the money and went to jail and got points on my license and this was a first offense what type of lawyer does this to their clients now my insurance rates high as hell for no reason. It just not fair also he was supposed to be a family lawyer. I felt lied and cheated on the office never answered there phone I never got to sit down and talk to him but for 10 min. Worst experience ever I would not recommend him at all.

You will find other reviews verifying this about Mr. Moose. He is THE HARDEST PERSON TO GET IN TOUCH WITH. If you have any serious questions and take your legal matter seriously, you (like me) would probably like to get in touch with your lawyer. This man isn't it. I spend two weeks trying to get... in touch with someone. No one answers. The machine says call back 2:30PM...I call back..machine says call back 2 days later. They NEVER ANWER THE PHONE. Once my court case was settled (I will give him credit for showing up for court) I had to call the Clerk's office to find out the result. Afterwards out of curiosity I called my attorney. WOW! someone actually picked up! Only to tell me to call in a week. I have hired four attorneys in the past and all four gave me their cell numbers and promptly told me what happened after court. At the LEAST they sent a formal letter of the result. This office didn't tell me anything. I waited another two weeks to finally get in touch w someone.
