OUTCOME: Defended motions for summary judgment attempting to dismiss claims. Court denied portions King County's summary judgment allowing possibility of negotiating with King County which eventually concluded with King County amending its policy.

Represented prisoner pro bono in prisoner civil rights lawsuit in which the prisoner claimed that his religious rights were violated due to King County's policy regarding solitary confinement.
