My employer was requiring a DEI training that compelled myself and others to answer questions with their answers, or you could not complete the training. When we let our employer know that we couldn’t answer the questions because it would not be consistent with our religious beliefs and values, they ...told us we would be terminated. This is when I contacted Mr. McRary. Ian was unbelievably quick to respond, very knowledgeable on the matter, and genuinely cared about not just helping with the matter, but also making sure my family was informed and would be able to withstand the process. Ian guided me through trying to work out an accommodation without having to take it to the next level, which would have taken a toll on my family’s finances and wellbeing.
