Excellent communication

Derek and his assistant were both phenomenal to work with. I was so concerned with everything my ex was trying to pull over on me and really didn't understand how to get past it all. Derek took his time and made sure to explain every step of the way to make sure that I understood exactly what was goi...ng to happen, so that I didn't have to stress. His assistant Ellen, was fantastic with communication and never left me in the dark. Im so thankful for them!

Great interpersonal work relation

Derek was great for everything. He constantly worked with me through issues that either I brought to him or from the facts within the courtroom. He thinks outside of the box to come up with a solution and truly helps to put the best interest of his clients and the children first.

Child custody
