Patrick Dale Holmes

I am at a loss for words to express my sincere, eternal gratitude to Attorney Patrick Holmes for his immediate reaction time, his kind demeanor, and his comprehension and execution of the North Carolina statues in the court of law. I am an out of state resident who had to find an attorney in... North Carolina for an immediate serious custody issue. I flew to North Carolina, went to the court house, presented my official court documents and was told I needed an attorney. I walked into Attorney Holmes's office and was received with kindness, concern, acceptance and an willingness to help even though he had a full schedule and was due in court in an hour. Attorney Holmes represented me, he completed all the foreign motions imaginable for our highly unusual ( out-of-state ) custody case. The following day we went to trial, throughout our four hour trial Attorney Holmes would ask if I was OK, noting this is tough stuff to hear. We WON and returned to our home state. I must mention that Attorney Holmes's legal assistant was professional and compassionate given our extremely emotional circumstances. I would like to remain anonymous as, there are tender hearts (minor children) involved. I would hire Attorney Holmes again in a New York minute I heard this quote and thought of Attorney Holmes "it is said some lives are linked across time connected by an ancient calling that echos through the ages" thank you Attorney Holmes
