Biography
Originally from Jacksonville, North Carolina, Casey S. Starling completed his Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke before pursuing his legal education at Western Michigan University Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. After graduating Cum Laude from law school and passing the North Carolina Bar Exam in July of 2015, Casey returned home and joined Silva, Kiernan & Associates, PLLC. During law school, Casey had the unique opportunity to complete an internship with the Onslow County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted numerous traffic and criminal offenses in the Onslow County District Courts. Casey’s familiarity with Onslow County, dedication to the law, enthusiastic defense of his clients, and well-executed strategies are among many of his fine qualities as an attorney. As a lifetime native of Eastern North Carolina, Casey is devoted to protecting the citizens of Onslow County and the surrounding areas.
