Steer totally Clear this money grubbing excuse calling himself an attorney

He likes to take money from the county and other hard working people and then convicts them to jail when they are actually totally innocent. Brother in law sitting in NCDOC thanks to Andy Patterson, he spent 5 minutes on phone, never counseled him, refused to requested a continuance for his case neve...r investigated the case never interviewed individuals that would have proven brother in laws innocents, refused to try the case in court, and told my brother in law this as well as my brother in law was signing a plea agreement and that's how it was going to be. He convicted my brother in law and Andy Patterson which he was called here in Macon County NC was supposed to be my brother in laws court appointed attorney. You don't need some one that is supposed to defend you like him he will put you in Jail himself and take the county's money or your money with a grin on his face.

Do not hire!!

I used him for two cases and paid up front for both. He will not return ANY of my calls. He wrote me out a receipt and disappeared off the face of the earth.
