I have paid this lawyer money to just get a simple DNA test scheduled and done for my daughter. But they are working more for my daughters mother(the opposing party) than they are for me. Every time you call these people they always say "I was just about to contact you" but you never hear anything fr...om them unless you call or go to the office yourself first. I'm just trying to get my name on my daughter's birth certificate so I can get custody of my daughter but this law firm has me taken my situation more steps back tan they have forward. Every time my daughters mother calls in to their office they do EVERYTHING she wants them to do but has rarely did anything I asked them to do like they are working for her instead of me. If you have a child that is supposed to be getting visitation time with you and the other parent won't give you that time then this law firm won't even try to make it a priority to get the other parent charged with contempt. All they do is keep giving the other party written warnings.When the opposing party contacts them and says that they are about to comply with the court order the law firm just holds off on filing the motion for contempt and just takes the other party's word for it. The mother of my child has been in contempt of court for over 6 months now but all this law firm does is send out warning letters repeatedly. We will never get into court at this rate but all they seem to do is keep beating around the bush. This has to be the worst law firm in the united states. I'm just simply trying to see my child but his law firm could care less
