My brother and I walked into the office to sign some paperwork pertaining to my mothers lack of a wheel. No one said anything to us. There were two people behind the desk when was standing and they were talking. They continue to talk and ignore us for quite some time. I made sure I was standing right... in the window waiting for someone to say just a minute please will be right there or stop talking in and say can I help you. Neither one of those was done. There was no good morning have a seat or anything. The same when we left there was no have a nice day and no one smiled . It was as if it was the worst job anyone could ever have. This area needs a little work and I’m not nitpicking because going to work is not always the greatest thing. What you can least put some effort into greeting the customers. Not just the customers that you think are worthy, but every customer that walks in that office. If I didn’t need that paperwork, I would’ve walked out.

This attorney did the closing for my house. Unfortunately, he was also representing (or had represented in the past, I am still not clear) the sellers agent. An issue came up between the sellers realtor and myself and this attorney opted not to solve the issue because he had a "history" with the se...llers realtor. When I brought the issue up, he just pushed me to the side and insisted that the issue was out of the scope of the agreement since I closed on the home already. I insisted that the issue originated prior to the closing, but he didnt seem to care much.
