No wonder she acts like she doesn't know what she's doing up there. She has done nothing I asked for her to do as far as getting my daughter back. She never subpoenaed anyone that I asked her asked for Court. I then get agitated because she missed calendar call which push my court date back even furt...her. She has been absolutely no help at all. She does what she wants on her and time

Approached me with solutions before I even explained in detail my concerns for proper guidance when it comes to resources to better our youths future, much less our own. I wasn't even listening to what Ms. Jen had even said bc I was overwhelmed with the CPS resource department's incompetence to acce...pt my continuing efforts for assistance. I was literally about to flip out but Ms. Jen advised me that that decision would not help or honor my sense of self control. She is a fast process analysist to any and all situations.
