Having A Baby Changed Everything
My wife and I had our first child a few months ago and the realization set in that we needed to plan in case something happened to either or both of us. Mr. Nance advised us as to everything we needed to have in place and made us feel very comfortable with our decisions.
"I had the pleasure of working alongside Ken for several years in Wilmington, NC. He has vast knowledge of real estate law in North Carolina, and is deeply committed to his clients. He is also a local boy -- he grew up in Southeastern NC and knows the area as well as anyone. I would recommend him for any real estate transaction needs in Southeastern NC."
"I am very pleased to endorse my former law school classmate, and legal colleague, Attorney Frederick "Ken" Nance. In law school, Ken was one of the first upperclassmen to assist me in learning legal research on Westlaw and Lexis, and since then, I have admired his process-oriented thinking when it comes to legal problems. The core of his excellence is that he knows the law, and he makes good decisions based on both judgement and careful research and thinking beforehand. If Wilmington-area residents need a thoughtful problem solver, they would be well served to rely on Ken Nance."
"It takes a very specific kind of lawyer to provide top tier representation for Elder Law and Wills/Trusts/Probate matters. Specifically, the lawyers who practice in those areas need to be extremely detail oriented, meticulously organized, and highly personable, so that they can efficiently identify each individual client’s unique legal needs. I’ve known Ken for years, and in that time I’ve come to admire his ability to comprehensively and efficiently assess, understand, and address his clients’ needs. That unique combination of traits allows Ken to accomplish his client’s goals without imposing any unnecessary delays or expenses on them. As a fellow attorney, the biggest compliment that I can pay Ken is to say that if I, or a family member, ever need an attorney to help with an elder law or estate planning issue, there’s no one that I would trust more than Ken Nance."
"I have known Mr. Nance for a long time and I trust him emphatically. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about Elder law, but most importantly he is a great person who truly cares about his clients. Mr. Nance is without a doubt one of the rising stars of New Hanover County."
