Biography
I have unique insight into Workers Compensation from both sides of the table. Previously, I have represented employers and insurance companies at mediation and at trial to oppose workers' compensation claims, so I know the insurance companies' playbooks. Today, I work for those who've been injuried on the job. My father, Bill Senter, and I work as a team on workers compensation claims. We can represent the client both for workers' compensation claims as well as civil litigation claims relating to the case.
I am a DRC Certified Mediator and have been in practice since 2002.
