A car being driven by the defendant, crossed the center of the road, slammed i ... nto Mrs. Munton's car, causing severe leg and ankle injuries. Plaintiff sustained broken bones, and a permanet disability rating of 6%. The police officer had a mounted camera on his police cruiser which captured Mrs. Munton being loaded into the ambulance, and the extensive damage to the vehicles. These pictures were very helpful in portraying the severity of the collision.
