Rachel Marie Benge

Rachel Benge grew up in the country near Norman, Oklahoma. She graduated valedictorian of her class at Noble High School. After high school, she attended the University of New Mexico on a full ride scholarship. She graduated cum laude in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Upon graduation, she returned to her home state to attend law school. In 2018, she obtained her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since August 2018.

The focus of her practice is commercial real estate, corporate transactions, franchise compliance, and contract law. She is also an active member of several organizations including: NC State Bar, NC Bar Association, New Hanover County Bar Association, and the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys.

Outside of work, Rachel and her husband, Tyler, enjoy spending time with their four cats and one wolf-husky hybrid.
