Maynard sat on my case for nearly 2 years, did not pick up structural reports that sat on the engineer's desk for 16 months, never challenged the opposite to even visit the property claim in question, began working on the case with extensive overtime costs 2 weeks before trial, only wanted to settle,... cost me for his arrogance and incompetence.
