Kyle Joseph Nutt

This is the first time I've ever had to secure an attorney for legal assistance and I'm so glad Google lead me to Mr. Nutt. I am currently obtaining my graduate degree and had contract trouble with a fairly large and well-known organization. I would be financially ruined if I hadn't found Mr. Nutt. I... tried to handle my problem alone, but was getting nowhere. As soon as he stepped in, everything changed. He was incredible from consultation through the entire process. Neither of us anticipated him being able to resolve this issue so promptly or easily, but he is so efficient and knowledgeable. In 2018 our house on the river was flooded, we chose to sell it as is and move off the river. We found a nice development not too far from our flooded house and signed a contract in January 2019 to have a new house built, we closed on January 15th, 2020. Four months after closing our new septic syst...em under warranty failed, the builder did nothing to help us other than send out the septic contractor to verify it had failed. We had to cover the cost of a new system out of pocket after finding out the problem. I had to hire an attorney to file a law suit against the builder and we hired Kyle Nutt. Kyle made me feel very comfortable from day one. During the process Kyle has promptly answered all my questions and helped me understand everything which can be intimidating. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of the suit. Kyle was always working for our best interest. I have had several incidents sense we lost our house to the flood that caused me to lose trust in almost everyone. Kyle has given me new hope and I trust him 100%. Hopefully I want need his services again but if I do he will be the only one I will call. He is a great guy and a great attorney.
