Compassionate, knowledgeable, expert legal representative for guardianship of elderly

Ms. Getty accepted an appointment by the State to act as interim guardian for my grandmother. This is/was a difficult time for my parents and I, having to experience a loved ones declining health together with dementia. My grandmother had two strokes within a month of each other and it was determin...ed that she required 24/7 medical treatment permanently. The legal battle ensued between a family member and her boyfriend attempting to remove her from the nursing home against medical advice. Ms. Getty was a Godsend to our family. She provided expert legal advice and representation but more importantly, she provided support and compassion. She not only won our case for my permanent guardianship for my grandmother, she went a step further and obtained a protective order for my grandmother to keep anyone from removing her from the nursing home illegally. Ms. Getty genuinely cares for her clients, which is a rare find. I highly recommend Ms. Getty for your legal needs.
