Biography
I have been certified as a mediator since 1993 and was a member of the Duke Private Adjudication Center panel of mediators for five years. I have an active mediation practice, and I regularly participate in mediation training programs. I am an arbitrator with The Arbitration Group. I have been active in local and state bar organizations, having served as president of the Fifth Judicial District Bar in 1995, and I am currently serving as secretary of the Construction Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
