Christina Ellen Baker

I hired Christina when my ex started harrassing me. I had to get an ex parte restraining order to protect both my self and my daughter. Christina lead me to believe we would be going for emergency custody. Once we got in court, she completely backed down to my ex's attorney. Christina told me we need...ed to change the restraining order from 50B to Rule 65 or my daughter won't be able to even get vistation rights with her dad. She also told me the 50B couldn't be amended to include supervised visitation, which I later found out it could. After dropping my restraining order, my ex slipped in receiving shared temporary custody and broke the Rule 65 restraining order several times without punishment. She also was horrible about getting documents to you. About the only thing good I can say is she is reasonable with cost. When she had to reschedule court, she did not charge me for another attorney stepping in. This was the beginning of my battle to lose my daughter.

Mrs. Baker is great at her job, caring, and honorable. She helped in a hard time for my family and I. Her staff was kind and willing to go above and beyond to explain documents and legal terminology that was confusing and honestly quite overwhelming through the process of my Divorce and Custody battl...e. I would highly recommend this attorney to any one.
