Do NOT Hire Susan Lynch - Sloppy and Uncommunicative

We bought our house in 2011 and used Susan Lynch as our closing attorney. We are PCSing soon and we are supposed to close on our house in 5 days. We were informed this morning by our buyer's attorney that there is an uncancelled deed of trust in our title chain from 1994. I'm pretty sure that is some...thing that should have been discovered by Ms. Lynch when she did (or perhaps she didn't) the title search in 2011. I attempted to contact Ms. Lynch today and have not received a response. According to our realtor who has worked in the county for more than 10 years, our's isn't the first negative experience with Ms. Lynch.
