I have been extremely pleased with the service Mr. David Branch provided to me. I received a speeding ticket as I was traveling through Lumberton, North Carolina on my way to Washington D.C. this past August. The ticket said that I would need to appear in court due to the speed at which I was trave...ling. I contacted Mr. Branch's office on the recommendation of knowledgeable people I knew in North Carolina and Mr. Branch immediately acted on my behalf. He was very helpful to me in explaining the options for my case and what the process would be. He explained his fee up front and told me the fee to be charged would be inclusive of all services he would render, including any fines imposed by the course on my court date. I appreciated having this kind of comprehensive package presented to me so that there would be no questions once the trial was over as to how much I would owe. Mr. Branch did indeed represent me in court on the appointed date and he was able to plead to a lesser charge for me and the court accepted this plea. His office then immediately provided me with the promised Disposition Letter and kept me fully informed. This has been a very positive experience working with Mr. Branch and his entire staff. They are thoroughly professional and very pleasant to work with.
