Greatest Mistake. If you’re looking to hire a good attorney I suggest that you find another one. The staff is incompetent and the attorney has no idea what her paralegals or her staff are doing. The only thing that seemed to be done right after working on a name change from March until the last par...t of August was a letter sent to the correct address. The name change was a massive joke. The wrong address to vital statistics in Raleigh was given along with misplaced information for 30 days then people that went on vacation left the paperwork on the desk that should have been filed. This was the most ridiculous stressful situation that I’ve ever paid for in my life. I paid for the convenience of an attorney For something I could have done myself but because I lived out of state I got an attorney and it’s been the most inconvenient thing I have ever done. Wished I had postpone leaving and stayed an extra day to do the work myself. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made concerning any kind of legal help.
