This guy is is the worst lawyer I’ve ever had/seen. And that might be an understatement. He was completely unprepared, unprofessional, uncaring, and just flat out lazy. He didn’t do one single thing for me. The first time I got to see my motion of discovery was a whole year after I had been charged. ...As we are going through it I could easily tell this was the first time he had actually looked at it and read it hisself. At one point he literally started laughing at the fact that one of my co-defendants was yelling all kinds of incriminating stuff after he had been locked up right where the guards were able to hear him. Which they did and reported it, which is how it ended up in the discovery. I wanted to go to trial and he kept telling me stories of past times where he went to trial and lost and it dawned on me after the 3rd story that all he was actually trying to do was scare me into taking a plea deal. Another court appearance they offered me a plea and I refused and sent him back with a counter offer. The time I had court after that I, I saw him walk over to the DA and saw him actually present my counter offer to the DA. He literally waited several months to present my offer to the DA right there in court! Which the DA refused and told him what he was gonna offer me . He then said ok and walked over to me and we went to a lawyers room for him to tell me my new plea offer. This went on a few more months. I ended up going to prison. He never did one single thing for me except screw me. I should have fired him a thousand times. I honestly don’t even kno why I didn’t. Do not hire this guy whatever you do!!!
