Mrs. Ward showed that she was knowledgeable concerning my case at times. Yet she went would go nearly two weeks without contacting me after I had asked her important, time-sensitive questions. There was often no one in her office knowledgeable enough about my case to answer my questions. Whether b...y email, phone, or in person, she was almost impossible to reach for several months. She also failed to file my papers with the Bladen County Clerk of Court several weeks too late.
