My practice is currently focused on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and wrongful death.  However, I also enjoy litigation which does not involve injury, such as traffic tickets and other matters.  If you happen to have a case which is not in my areas of specialty, I will gladly find another attorney who can handle the matter for you.

I am licensed to practice in all state courts in the State of North Carolina, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.  I am also a certified Superior Court Mediator, and can perform mediations (also known as Mediated Settlement Conferences) anywhere in the state.

I offer free initial consultations, regardless of the nature of your case.  If your case involves a personal injury, work related injury, or death, I am usually willing to handle it on a contingency basis.  This means that there is no fee unless there is a monetary recovery, and I get paid a percentage of the settlement or judgment.
