Great Man

Has been very busy but did go see my brother Michael Martinez and has been on top of all my messages.I feel confident with him being my brother's lawyer.

cant reach him

He doesnt return phone calls at all. Doesnt visit inmates before the court dates. You can call multiple times and days and leave voicemails and he still doesnt return a call.

Terrible Terrible Terrible

This attorney handled a closing for me. I am a real estate investor and do hundreds of closings per year. The seller wanted me to use this attorney. Never again. I have never had a closing so fraught with back and forth, bickering and nastiness. I don't see how he gets anything done. Avoid this... attorney at all costs.

Not impressed...

I have called this lawyer twice and left voicemails with my contact information. Mr. Yopp hasn't returned my phone calls. Being as tho I have a court date in less than two weeks, it's very important I set a time to speak with him. His office mailed a reminder regarding my court date and to contact hi...s office immediately with updated contact information. My name is spelled wrong on the envelope as well as the letter...not very, not even a little bit, confident I will receive adequate defense from this attorney. Former clients of his and the NC Bar Association was very helpful by writing reviews to warn others of what I am currently experiencing.

Never again!!!

I hired this lawyer for an accident settlement , for 4 months I tried to contact him concerning my settlement and all I received was lies from his secretary and on top of that he did a very poor job with my case. I wouldn't even recommend this lawyer to a dead person.
