Contacted firm to have a simple deed of trust and warren to deed prepared, first response was good, we will get right on it, will have it done in 3 days. 3 days no call, I call back on 5th day, response. Person that prepares deeds is out will be back in one week. 2 weeks later no response, call bac...k. Lady has not come in. 2 months later, no response. I call, get lawyer on phone, response. I will get it done and I'll call you this afternoon, well it's been 2 days. No response. Recommendation: don't use this lawyer. Unrealable.
