Same as everyone else. We paid a 50% retainer fee and after ten months we have experienced a total lack of follow-through, despite dozens of attempts to reach him. Multiple scheduled calls -each with a 30-day waiting period-, that were ignored or cancelled a minute before the meeting and never hearin...g back. Filed a soft claim with the State Bar and this shameless scammer answered that we weren't clients of him. Now filing a formal grievance with the North Carolina State Bar, which I recommend everyone else to do.

I paid Mr. Provencher upfront for a simple task. Big mistake. He took the money and have not done anything for me. Ignored all my calls and messages. I had to hire another law firm for the job. Now have to sue him, to get my money that I paid him. Pretty good definition for a crook. There should b...e an option for minus 5 stars.
